OK so we are not an agency, but having worked with hundreds of singers and bands over the years - we know a few and would recommend the acts below. We are happy to contact them and get quotes on your behalf. Wherever possible the pictures below are at actual gigs we've done. We would normally supply the sound and lighting for them as well as DJ between their "sets" as most acts will perform 2 x 45 minute sets.
International soul singer Fil Straughan
This passionate performer bounces between New York and London making music and wowing audiences. FiL picks up where soul legends like Luther, Teddy & Marvin left off then adds a modern twist. Fil has performed with the Drifters, Hot Chocolate & Alexandra Burke - has released several CD's to critical acclaim, was a finalist on ITV's Starstuck and is a super talented vocalist, fantastic entertainer and prolific songwriter.
the Real Swing Band is a 13 piece band from South Essex who perform classic songs from the Rat Pack and other top swing artists. Here is their showreel and a clip of them recorded live at the Rayleigh Mill Theatre in December 2017 is here.
The band deliver the songs with the energy and enthusiasm of modern performers like Michael Buble and Robbie Williams, with a healthy nod to the original “Rat Pack” performers like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr to keep the big band swing sound alive and kicking.
The Real Swing has previously performed at The Excel Centre, Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatre, Southend amongst many others and is widely considered the top swing band in Essex.
Just Jovi are a fantastic tribute band to the New Jersey stadium rockers Bon Jovi.
Just Jovi are a collection of professional musicians with a lifelong love of all things Bon Jovi who will amaze you with their dedication to accurately portraying the sounds and experience of the real thing. They faithfully re-create all the hits like ‘Living On A Prayer’, It’s My Life, Wanted Dead or Alive, ‘Bad Medicine’, ‘Lay Your Hands On Me’ in one brilliant stage show which include all these huge numbers and many, many more.
MARTIN BELL has a very soulful and powerful voice which has enabled him to carve out a great career within the music and television industries. Along with JOHNNY SPURLING They have a large celebrity following and have performed at parties for the likes of Manchester United footballers to pop bands and stars such as Steps and Robbie Williams. They are most famous for their two appearances on Top of the Pops performing their hit singles “Sven Sven Sven” and “Golden Balls”, the two footie anthems written about the England manager and of course David Beckham, which gained cult status and sold over 300,000 singles, keeping them in the top 40 for over eight weeks. They are regular guests on various radio shows from Talksport to Capital and have made numerous other TV appearances. Craig Neil has been seen by millions on TV, has worked with the Drifters, Alexander O’Neal and has just supported the Osmonds on their last UK tour. Legendary blues band NINE BELOW ZERO are still filling venues and recording music after 44 years together. Centred around DENNIS GREAVES and Harmonica player MARK FELTHAM since their 1980 debut LP LIVE AT THE MARQUEE recorded at a sold out gig at the Hammersmith Odeon with special guest ALEXIS KORNER and JOOLS HOLLAND as support!. The band toured supporting THE WHO & THE KINKS and recorded TV appearances for THE OLD GREY WHISTLE TEST and THE SOUTH BANK SHOW. Leaping forward in time their last Studio LP was 2019's AVALANCHE with CHARLIE AUSTEN on vocals and recently they have toured with DR FEELGOOD and FROM THE JAM. A world class act.
Marshall King is one of the best impersonators of the “King” in the UK and to prove it he was the winner of ITV “This Morning Show “Best UK Elvis in 2007. To ensure the right look, all of his authentic outfits are made in the US exclusively for him. Marshall has the voice, the looks, the right moves and is a great entertainer on a mission to ensure the Elvis phenomenon lives on.

BOOTSY are a 10 piece soul, funk & disco band who perform all of your favorite dance floor hits with a full brass section and a LOVE of great dance music. Yes you do need a large stage to accommodate all of them but what a fantastic spectacle this professional function and touring band make!
One Step Behind the Masters of Madness is the UK's premier MADNESS tribute band. The band was formed in 1993 and has achieved widespread recognition.
Members of the real "Madness" including singer Suggs, sax player Lee Thompson and drummer Dan “Woody” Woodgate have all joined the One Step boys on stage on a number of occasions. Perhaps the greatest tribute came from Suggs himself when at a gig at G-MEX in Manchester Suggs walked up to the microphone and said "By the way, we're MADNESS not One Step Behind!!”
Like Madness, One Step Behind is well known for their on-stage antics with which they build up an authentic 'Nutty' atmosphere.

Total Jam is the UK's premier tribute to the Jam, one of the UK's biggest bands ever, performing all the hits such as Going Underground, A Town Called Malice, That's Entertainment, Eaton Rifles and many more!
The Jam (Paul Weller, Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler) set the stage for the mod revival coming out of the late 70s punk scene and achieved a string of 17 top 40 hits including 4 No.1s at a time when singles ruled, spear heading a resurgence in scooters, sharp suits and style.
Total Jam was formed in 2010 and is Chris Pete & Darren, who are not only established musicians but massive fans of the Jam and their music.
